Working for the client, we produced a concept plan and elevations to develop the existing double fronted Victoria villa, removing a single storey garage and conservatory to build a two-storey garage extension with master suite bedroom and infilled remodelled kitchen. The front elevation looked to complement the existing street frontage, in proportions and detailing with the rear being more contemporary with the upper levels utilising contrasting cladding and the rendered kitchen extension utilising large expanses of glazing to wash the new interiors through large scale sliding doors and rooflights. The scheme gained planning permission and was constructed directly through the client.
