Working for the St Georges Group based in the exclusive St Georges Hill Estate in Weybridge, Surrey, several large scale £10-20m mansion refurbishment projects were developed involving full strip out, extensions and internal fitouts of the existing houses. The schemes looked to modernise the spaces and extensive gardens with large open plan rooms, modern fully fitted kitchens, media rooms, outdoor kitchens, bedroom suites and standalone garage blocks. Working closely with the client, all aspects of the schemes were reviewed, from block plans and fitting sourcing to tender drawings and action through to final implementation. Planning permission, building control and Estate Management approvals where gained, the latter being very prescriptive and far reaching to retain the nature and exclusivity of all property’s surroundings.
