This residential extension to a modern three storey property involved breaking through from the existing living room and converted garage space with internal layout modifications and specification of both construction and interior fittings.

We aided the client in developing extra space for use as a playroom for their young family with office space plus the creation of a new utility room and external storage space. Through the clever use of existing space and the development of the new cedar clad extension, restricted by a development wide covenant, the team created usable, intimate spaces, maximising storage opportunities while still giving key bespoke and functional design elements, a practice aspiration.
